Equip all ministers of worship & technology in the church of Jesus Christ with all the musical, technical and spiritual knowledge that is required to carry out ministerial operations in weekly services in their churches.
Luis Ventura began working in the music industry at the age of 15 as a percussionist for several musical theater companies in the San Francisco Bay area.
In the fall of 2014, he moved to Boston, MA to attend Berklee College of Music and in May 2017 he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Production and Engineering.
Shortly after graduating, Luis went on to serve in the radio/communications industry as Operations Manager and Program Director of the Salem Media Group branch in Boston, which consisted of 4 radio stations (one of which was in Spanish, Radio Luz 1150AM).
After returning to California in the fall of 2018, he became the Director of Media Technology for Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church located in the city of San Leandro, CA. As of May 2021, he now serves as Worship Production Lead at 3Crosses Church in Castro Valley, CA: a church of more than 3000 members in which people from different backgrounds and generations come together as one to engage in worship as a family.
Outside the church, Luis works as an independent producer, audio engineer (recording, mixing, mastering, live sound) and music instructor in the San Francisco East Bay.
In September 2019, Luis founded the L.E.V. Music with the purpose of equipping worship and technology ministries to provide an excellent service unto the Lord during their weekly church services.
